These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to the Yanki text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by NELAT LLC (“NELAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in California, USA. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional SMS/text messages from Yanki at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may include launch announcements, feature updates, and invitations to explore the Yanki app.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Yanki form, such as the contact form at yankiai.com, and submitting your mobile number. The consent box is optional and is never checked by default.
3. Consent Is Not Required
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, registration, or use of Yanki services.

Message frequency varies.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. NELAT does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for plan details.
6. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.

8. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility

10. Changing Your Number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from the old number or contact us, so that messages are not sent to someone else.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers, such as our SMS delivery provider, only as needed to operate the Program. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
